Advanced Kit in OCEAN PIER

I cannot seem to get to this kit, I can get atop to the side if the building where a ladder is but I can't climb this ladder as it's too far and high up. I think I was up there on a mission I don't remember which one though.

You need to face the ladder, then turn, wallclimb, turn, Wallrun, then jump and you should get onto the ladder

I finally did it, if this is what you meant Blayer98, thank you
