Missing something...

I can't really pinpoint it. The backseat the music takes, the somewhat uninteresting locations and repetitive combat? I remember finishing the first ME and thinking how awesome it was, then immediately starting over to do it again. I beat this game, then never played it again, only have had the slightest inclination to play through it. I don't know why, but its kinda sad really. Disappointing, underwhelming, and un-imaginative are words that come to mind. Such a shame. Well, DICE, "You started something...". ****, I can't even remember the exact line at the end, I only saw it once, and the end wasn't terribly good. Neither was the first one, but I DO remember the awesome song at the end of that one. What the **** happened here?

Don't really know. This game lacks soul. Took them 8 years to come up with this and in all honesty 'mediocrity' sums it up. 7/10 overall, just, but the BETA looking graphics and lack of charm overall make this a disappointment. Not a patch on the first one.
