Can I have the Beta on the PC when I already have it on the Xbox One?

I understand that I signed up for the Xbox One version of the Beta and have already redeemed it. However, is there any way to have the Beta on the PC also as the Beta uses our EA account and it is just a Beta so it is always going to be free? I just kind of been taking a break from the Xbox One and been wanting to play more on the PC. If EA/DICE can't do that then I am fine being stuck with the Xbox One version of the Beta. The more testing the merrier?

Did you sign up for Mirror's Edge Catalyst Closed Beta for PC as well?

I'm not sure if I recall correctly if people are allowed to sign up for more than one platform or if people are allowed to sign up for only one platform...
