Unable to disrupt fans during delivery missions.

So I did a delivery mission that required me to disrupt a fan to get to the character, and then I failed it. After respawning near the character, I couldn't disrupt the fan to complete the mission. Nice.

I've found moving away some distance and re-approaching it helps sometimes (not great during a delivery, I know).
