Companion App clarification

I was reading the 64 reasons to play ME:C, and I saw that there's going to be a companion app available at launch that lets you customize your emblem, echo, etc. Does anyone know exactly when this App will appear on Apple/Play store? Will it be available exactly launch which I at 10:00 PM tomorrow for me, or will it have to wait for the Google/Apple store services to update at some point during the 7th?

I too am curious, about that and the website it mentions, and Pretty much everything about the runner kits that doesn't change your ghost texture.

It is available as soon as you can play. I know it's available on the website atm. But I haven't seen the app as of yet.
