Tag pictures/symbols not showing

I have the tag emblems that I received while playing the early access. However, since I've purchased the full game, nothing updates on the website or companion app.
Solutions?

so far i've noticed that not every background and tag i collected in game or got for closed beta or something exclusive have appeared on my app or even on game site and i cant see them all to customise mine, some appeared after some time but some others didnt at all, it feels like its random or maybe even bugged, id be happy if we could get some info about this to know whats going on, is it just me or everyone ?

I'm having the same issue. I play on the XB1, and I pre-ordered the game. I collected all of the runner kits, but only one shows up. Also, I don't know how this account thing works. I set up an EA account, but it shows different progress than my XB1 account. What the heck is going on?

I have the same issue; I preordered the PS4 digital version, saw both exclusive tags originally for the speed and combat kits, and then this morning the combat kit one was missing .

Yea I'm missing the tags for the DLC and all the ones I got from Early Access as well.

I have a similar issue, except that a couple emblems/backgrounds have popped up since the release. But yeah, besides the consistent echos, nothing much has changed.

I am having the issue as well, only a few of the Tags have come up, and none of the backgrounds have. All of the Echos seem to work though...

Same issue for me. It worked in the beta, but with the full PC Origin game, unlocked backgrounds don't show up online.

Same problem (Xbox one). Picked up a million kits and barely anything shows on the website or app

Don't feel bad, I can't even access my profile on-site to get to my tags.
There's no reason they could not have put this **** in the game itself, instead, they make us jump through hoops like show-dogs and hope for the best.

Same here. PS4. And I can't log into the site to change anything. I simply get a "Sign Out" option. The only way I can see the tags is through the companion app.

Update: This did seem to work. I now have everything I earned on my profile.

I was told by customer service it would take a few hours to see any changes. But this is what I was told in contacting support, maybe it will help you too? For Xbox One anyway.

"I have checked it and its seems to the syncing of the account with the server and once we clear the Alternate Mac Address of the console it should fix the issue and you won't face the same issue again."
"in some time they (the past kits rewards) will sync after we clear the Alternate Mac Address."

Possible solution:
"From the Home Screen, using the controller scroll left to the navigation pane.
Scroll down to Settings Icon.
In the Setting menu scroll down to Network and select Network Settings.
Select the Advanced Settings.
Select the Alternate Mac Address .
Select Clear.
Shut down the console.
Disconnect the power cord from the back of the Xbox One and wait two minutes.
Once the two minutes have passed, plug the power back in and wait for the power bricks light to go from White to Orange."

Well by doing nothing, it almost has given me all the emblems back, just missing two of my exclusive icons, the front runner icon and that weird horse one.

From your Home Menu, open Settings.
From Settings, open PlayStation Network/Account Management.
From there, open Restore Licenses.
Select "Restore."

After the process has completed, sign out of and back into your account on this site, you should have now have access to your DLC emblem parts. Note that it may take a few minutes for them to appear.

This was literally the first thing I did. No joy.

(XBO)Last night none of my runner tags appeared except for the beta access one. This afternoon, I have all the ones acquired in game, but now my beta access (horse) one is gone. Anyone found a way to restore that yet?

I just lost connection to the EA servers ingame. I went to check online and now all my emblems and backgrounds show up! Looks like they fixed it.

Hmm not fixed for xb1. Still missing speed kit unlocks, whatever we get for playing the beta and everything ive unlocked from playing the game. Only echos seem to work.

i can't access them either.

Hope they fix so you can change them later in the game and not go through all these problems.
