Moving by itself

Hi,

I have a problem when I play the game. Sometimes, I can't control Faith. She just moves by herself even though I don't press anything. It often happens after I close the Tab menu (yes, I'm playing on PC), or after I press W (only a single press, not holding it).

When it happens, my keyboard and mouse cannot do anything. Faith just runs forward until hitting something or just falling down. It is very similar with BF4 bug that frequently happens when first joining a game, although this one is more persistent and annoying. Sometimes it just go back to normal, but most often it does not. The only sure way I can be free from this problem is by using ALT+Tab and then returning back to the game.

I notice that this problem happens more frequently if I have Logitech Gaming Software running in the background. However, after I close the software, it still happens, although less frequently.

Does anyone have the same problem? Care to give some solution?
Thanks in advance.

  • YES, having the same issue. so annoying when im in fights
  • smelt like a controller conflict.

try to unplug the input device you don't use, if there is.

after that, try to unplug / replug your mouse and keyboard, or put them on another USB port.

    Hi Fraka,

Thank you for your comment. Actually, I only have my mouse and keyboard as my only input devices. I've also re-plugged my devices to another USB port but, no effect. Additionally, I uninstalled the Logitech Gaming Software to see if it is the cause. Well, it improved a bit, but not much. The problem still happens, though.
  • Update:
After the June 14th update, it improves a bit. The problem becomes less frequently although still exists. Maybe the next update can completely eliminate this issue?
