every where i look on youtube i never see the view did that district get deleted or something because i can’t find the view on everything when do you unlock the view how do you unlock it just wondering

    There's a bridge area by eden gardens where you cross, open a vent and navigate through the building. The View is on the other side.

    He is right. There isn't many free roam videos where you see the districts

    You'll have to get a MagRope upgrade in order to open the vent. Once you do that you'll be in The View - a high class residential area that surrounds an ocean port. What a view!
