I just want my runner tags — Mirror's Edge™ Catalyst Forums
I pre ordered, picked up the kits, found out i have to go on this website for some reason to put it in, and now i'm stuck. I have no clue where to go and I'd like answers
On the site, click view profile, then edit tag and settings are under your name.
Right. Except, for me at least, it doesn't have th option to view profile, it only has the option to sign out.
You know, it's pretty sh*tty that users are forced to access this feature from computer or companion app, especially when it's to customize something in-game. If you're going to allow customization of something in game, then put the feature in the game. Having players jump through a million hoops just to customize ONE THING is outrageous and ****.
Update: This did seem to work. I now have everything I earned on my profile.
I was told by customer service it would take a few hours to see any changes. But this is what I was told in contacting support, maybe it will help you too? For Xbox One anyway.
"I have checked it and its seems to the syncing of the account with the server and once we clear the Alternate Mac Address of the console it should fix the issue and you won't face the same issue again."
"in some time they (the past kits rewards) will sync after we clear the Alternate Mac Address."
Possible solution:
"From the Home Screen, using the controller scroll left to the navigation pane.
Scroll down to Settings Icon.
In the Setting menu scroll down to Network and select Network Settings.
Select the Advanced Settings.
Select the Alternate Mac Address .
Select Clear.
Shut down the console.
Disconnect the power cord from the back of the Xbox One and wait two minutes.
Once the two minutes have passed, plug the power back in and wait for the power bricks light to go from White to Orange."
The part that helped me figure out that I had used an old email address for my EA Account was that I signed in to EA Help using my PSN ID and PSN Password:
"1. Click Log in option next to the Origin logo on Help.ea.com.
2. If you have ever connected your EA Account with your PlayStation™Network online ID or Facebook account, you can log in using one of those accounts."
In the end I had to submit a help request and have EA tech support call me, but the help request only took me 90 seconds to fill out (there are four steps, but the first three are just one or two clicks each) and they called me 45 seconds after I submitted the help request. The gal on the phone was SUPER HELPFUL and I can change my runner tag now! Here's the EA Help request link: http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/
After they help you and it seems like everything should work, be sure to clear your browser cache, as I couldn't "view my profile" on mirrorsedge.com until I did that final step. Then it worked!

Same here.
