Runner Kit items not showing online or app

Basically I have picked up a lot of runner kits and I can edit my echos as with the new kits I pick up, but the emblems, borders, and backgrounds are not showing online or the app. Only the first 3-4 have shown up, but since then the app and on this site do not update.

DICE any input? Game is awesome btw!

The developers should have kept the emblem editing within the game. It doesn't make sense to have to do it over the internet and have all this syncing shenanigans that almost never works. None of my runner kits are showing up here on the website.

^^yeah, it's really a **** move. I'm sure they just want extra app downloads and website clicks, because there is literally no reason that it couldn't be included in-game. This is the hard way to do it.

I hate this system why can't they just put it in game instead of going to the website, the website never works and doing in game would be soooooo much easier for the players of THEIR game I think they are just making our lives hard

I'm having the same problem. Has anyone been able to get it to work? Also where is this "app" or online thing - I haven't been able to even find it to see that it too is broken

I just had this exact same issue. My app in general was not showing my game progress or my kit items.
Go under your menu and see if it gives you the option to reconnect online. Somehow mine got disconnected in game and so my progress updates stopped. Idk how it got disconnected but it did. I reconnected and then reinstalled the app and it was updated. So we may all have to keep an eye on the online connection status in game incase it happens again. Please let me know if that helped your situtaion.

I agree though that stuff should have been all in game.

It's literally signing into mirrorsedge.com or go to the app store and it's under mirrors edge companion
Also for the possible fix please see my post above ♡
