Actual EU release time?

I live in the US but bought a pre-order key from an EU based site( had I known it was EU based I would have got it elsewhere) therefore I am forced to wait two extra days to play. The US version released June 6th at 9pm PST, will the EU version be releasing at 9pm tonight? Basically, when exactly can I play this game? I have only been waiting 7 years...
