White Screen?

The game has been launching incredibly inconsistently for me. I launch the game, it shows the EA, Dice, and Frostbite logos, I see the little red and white loading arrow in the upper right, then that disappears and I hang on a white screen. Once in a blue moon, I manage to get to the menu, but when I do, the game has this weird lag stuttering that occurs every few seconds. It's only a second at a time, but it doesn't matter what settings I'm at, I have the stutter. The game is proving itself to be unplayable from launch for some reason. Is anyone else having issues with this game and what did you do to fix them?

My PC specs are as follows:
Nvidia Geforce 1080
Intel i7 4.0 GHZ processor
32 GB Corsair Vengeance RAM
Asus Hero VII motherboard
1 TB HDD
256 GB SSD
1300 watt gold certed power supply

Any help figuring this thing out would be much appreciated.

By the way, a very good rig! My only remark is for SSD, I'ld put the 490 Gb Samsung Pro!
