Must be blind; where is the Intel?

One of the tooltips that popped up while game was loading was "Visit so and so (here/intel) to learn more about why Faith got put into juvie"

I wanna learn about the Characters, who are they, what did they do, etc. But I couldn't find it in the game. I have searched high and low.

Meanwhile I heard Mirrors Edge Catalyst has a companion app. Also within the description of the app it said:

*Learn more about the world of Mirrors Edge Catalyst with Intel and Lore Databases

After launching the mobile companion app; same thing......I cannot figure it out.

Please, please please....help me figure out where to find the Intel Section

Okay wait. Is it "acquired intel as I play" via Documents and Recordings?

If you're wanting to found out why Faith got put into juvie, there's a comic book series (six issues, I think), that sets up the story before the game.
