Zipline Bug

I recently started playing Catalyst, but haven't been able to pass the first part of the game because of a glitch. In the beginning of the game, there is the zipline to Orion, it's unimaginably difficult to use, and i fall to my death 95% of the time. One the rare occasion that i do get it right (which has only happened about 5 times), the wallrun across a gap soon after the zipline is impossible to do, as in it doesn't even trigger a wallrun.
If you know anything about this, please reply as i really want to play the game!

Hey buddy I was stuck in the same place and have some answers I think you need to jump forward a little right of the zip line like she is going to use her right hand and that next gap looks like you need to wall run but it's actually a pole that you need to walk straight across balancing it's like invisible because then runners vision covers it makes it look like it's just saying go straight hope this helps I was desperate lol
