Changing My Runner Tag? — Mirror's Edge™ Catalyst Forums
Alright, so I just logged in to mirrorsedge.com in an attempt to change from the default runner tag, but when I click on my profile the only option it gives me is log out. Does anyone have any idea why?
On the website In had to wait a while before the other options appeared in the menu. I was only given the lockout option initially, then after a while the other options showed up

I've been waiting for over thirty minutes and it still hasn't loaded. I need a solution, please.
I never had an issue with the companion app. It runs smoothly.
From past experience, though, it is better to use "Live-Chat" with an EA Agent than messaging them.
Any solutions yet? Just tried to do the same, and apparently I don't have any options beyond "Sign Out", and a red globe looking icon next to that which does nothing when you click on it.
It's working here. Which browser? Tried deleting your webcache or logging in using incognito/inprivate to check it's not your end? If it's the phone app, make sure it's up to date and has it's permissions.
This is getting ridiculous. Even in game I cant even make my own custom run. I'm starting to get really frustrated that I cant even access all facets of the game.
Well, I just tried to change my runner tag for the first time today and I'm having the same issue where it only allows me to sign out, NOT view profile. I'm using Firefox 47.0 in "incognito" mode and still no luck. I tried both Chrome and IE and no luck there either. Did anybody ever find a solution to this?
EDIT: Here's the solution that worked for me:
This article has some useful info (be sure to look at the headers and "expand" the sections that apply to you) about how to get your PSN ID or XBOX LIVE account to sync with your EA account. http://help.ea.com/en/article/linking-your-origin-account-with-your-psn-id-and-gamertag/
The part that helped me figure out that I had used an old email address for my EA Account was that I signed in to EA Help using my PSN ID and PSN Password:
"1. Click Log in option next to the Origin logo on Help.ea.com.
2. If you have ever connected your EA Account with your PlayStation™Network online ID or Facebook account, you can log in using one of those accounts."
In the end I had to submit a help request and have EA tech support call me, but the help request only took me 90 seconds to fill out (there are four steps, but the first three are just one or two clicks each) and they called me 45 seconds after I submitted the help request. The gal on the phone was SUPER HELPFUL and I can change my runner tag now! Here's the EA Help request link: http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/
