Texture Flickering

Hello, I've been trying to play the game (PC), but many of the textures keep flickering to black (it looks light related?), though changing any of the graphics settings hasn't helped, neither has updating to AMD 16.1.1 drivers. Has anyone seen anything or solved anything similar? Thanks
