Colors when focusing.

So we all know when you run fast the focus meter builds up and the game's colors look way more vibrant and beautiful, the only problem I have is that I really want to see these areas in full colors and not having them look slightly black and white when i am standing still. I would really appreciate if someone posted how I would somehow disable the colors being washed out when standing still?

You could increase the digital vibrance/saturation of your screen in the control panel of your graphics card.
