Nasty flickering all over the place

I'm playing on Xbox One and get ugly texture / shader (or whatever) flickering as can be seen here (first video): http://m.neogaf.com/showpost.php?p=206302635
It's all over the place and happening a lot. Very poor showing of EA to release a game in such a state...
