Infinite Load Exact Same Mission (Xbox One)

On Savant Extraordinaire I died before reaching Anchor but after getting the 'gear upgrade.' After that my game save would never load. I thought I corrupted my game save. I tried full powered down restarts to clear my cache, deleted my local save to pull down a cloud save but in the end I was still stuck in an infinite load.

Finally I said, forget it and just deleted my entire save game and restarted the game completely. I made a B-line in story missions and got back to Savant Extraordinaire. Just out of curiosity, I killed myself again to see what would happen. Yup, I am stuck in infinite load again.

I see no other options but delete my save yet again and just 'not die' or avoid any load instances of this mission because now clearly that's just going to get me stuck again.

There's something up with this mission that probably needs to be looked at.

Okay after coming back to this mission for the third time after a restart, I just noticed this mission is completely broken. The zip line to even get into the new area is completely missing on all my playthroughs. I imagine this has something to do with the problem with the loads. I am going to try to reinstall the entire game.

Reinstalling the game fixed my problem, I didn't even have to delete any saves. I noticed other missing assets in the level as well like collectables.

Okay the missing zipline into Shimmering Heights occured again when I went to another story mission. whenever this happens my game, which obviously is only one save game, keeps getting stuck in infinite loading.

The only solutions I have found is to reinstall the game but this is getting tiresome. Please look into this.

On my side, I am running the game on an external drive with the Xbox Preview program, I recently opted out of the program and still waiting to revert back to normal updates.

My checkpoint that gets saved in all these cases it always the one right before you reach the missing zipline into Shimmering Heights, crossing over from Zephyr using the story related obtained gear.
