Some Minor Graphical issues.

hi there.

First i want to say, that i am very Satisfied with the outcome of the Game, its a worthy Sequel to the First game.

Nonetheless, i found some minor issues i would like to report.

First, no matter if i set shadows to Low-Med-High-Ultra or Hyper, they always seem to have very low resolution and are very aliased and pixeled. Not sure if i set somethign wrong, but it seems like it is limiting somewhere.

Second, i notice almost all the time when looking at a mirror or a glass panel, that Faiths hair seems to flicker/Twitch around on her Head. Rest of the textures are fine, so it might be some Physx or hairWorks related issue?

Also, I noticed that actually almost every texture in the game is reflecting the environment but there are only some certain surfaces that reflect the Player Model. This may be a minor issue and probably was done due to performance reasons, but it just feels a little odd to me.

at last, i noticed that climbing is the only real thing that slows down the nmovement and the flow of the gameplay. Would there be any chance to slightly decrease the time it takes to pull up a ledge or so? it just seems to be disturbing the movement flow to me.

  • I also have the issue with shadows, but there's been no solution for me. I don't have an option to set shadow quality though? Where is this?
  • Actually I have realised what's happening with the shadows. You need to uncheck the GPU memory limitation thing, but keep the graphics settings low enough your GPU can handle them. For me the game was shifting textures and shadows to really low to compensate for lack of VRAM.
