It seems like there is not enough time given for you to complete this mission unless you're a skilled runner and can make an absolutely flawless run. Even then, you'll probably make it there with few seconds to spare.

I've been trying for hours, but I'm always just a few seconds short of reaching the handoff.

Well, you said it yourself. You are not forced by the game to beat this challenge, it is only there to test your skill.. Challenges are made to be beaten and they grow progressively harder throughout the districts.

I just want to know if anyone has completed it... I've completed every other delivery/diversion, but this one is ridiculous...
