Catalyst Crashes on Exit

I've been getting a crash on exit every time.

Windows 7 64-bit
Radeon 380x
AMD Phenom II x6 1100t
16 GB RAM

I get three different 'has stopped working' pop-ups: Fault Module name: atidxx64.dll_unloaded, Fault Module Name: ntdll.dll (this pops up twice). I also got another one, but I can't remember what it was. All my drivers are up to date, as is Windows (just spend a couple of hours running Windows Update last night)

Well I have reason to believe the origin in-game overlay is a cause of trouble currently for this game. The only time I had the game freeze on me was when I had re-enabled the overlay after the recent origin update, the freeze happened right after the final cutscene. The whole game before that went without a hitch, having the overlay disabled the whole time.

Sidenote: I run the game through Steam just fine.

If you're exiting the game, why does it matter if it crashes?

Because it could be indicative of a larger problem. Also because it's annoying af.

@Moozari: I have Origin overlay disabled. Does the Steam overlay work for you when you run it through Steam? Because that has never worked for me.
