Bug in the division/dash save system

Hi, seems like there's a bug or something else going on with the division/dash system. So I've completed a dash with 3 stars and got the notification that I was promoted to another division but it seems like the game or the servers didn't save this properly, I am still in my current division and when I try to look up how I was ranked in this particular dash against others I can't do it as this was not saved on the servers even though the game says I've completed it.
EDIT: Seems like this bug is only in the dash "quite a view" present. And I may be the only one as I've not found anyone else with this particular problem.

It happened to me when I lost Internet in the middle of a dash. I tried to contact customer support. They said post in the forums and someone on the proper team would see it and respond. Seeing that's not the case.
