[XB1] Full Exposure Achievement - missing gridLeaks?

I've picked up every gridLeak visible on the map, but I'm still at 314/324. I can't seem to find them & going over every location on the map says I've collected all the gridLeaks for the zone.

Are the rest added by collecting items or completing other tasks?

Bueller? Bueller? Seriously, anyone know what's up with this? Has anyone on here successfully gotten this achievement/trophy & how?

I haven't unlocked it yet, but is it possible that you've missed some in story mission areas that aren't shown on the main map? If so, you could replay them to get the gridleaks you need.

I just figured it out. I totally blanked out & forgot about the underground zone. That's where they are.

What mission areas don't show on the main map? I have all the gridLeaks except one, and I can't find it. There's no little dot ANYWHERE! I even looked underground. How do you replay missions?
