Diversion missions replayable?

Are those missions and similar ones like delivery replayable? I have finished a diversion mission I'd like to replay, but the quest giver is inactive now.

I have a similar question. I played diverson mission "Under Surveillance" (the one where you start under the stairs, right before gate), managed to finish it. It told me then to evade Krugsec drones etc but I felt from roof. Now I´m unable to even find the mission in map?
So I´m wondering if I even finished it or just bugged it by falling down?

Unfortunately - no. If it's not on map you can't play it. Try replaying some mission to the end and see if that helps. Refreshing map sorta.
