So... what happened with promised Dynamic Weather? I played a lot and saw rain once, in the beginning. Weather was supposed to be dynamic, just like Night/Day.
I'm not exactly sure as I've not played so much but I did experience a day night cycle. It just took an extremely long time. Not like the 30 minute days of other games but more like 5-8 hours.
I'm not sure then. Maybe its just rare and takes a very long time like the day night cycle. Or like interventions. Seems like in this game random/dynamic things seem to happen very slowly compared to other games.

Cycle becomes dynamic after beating the story. Before that time of day depends on where in the plot you currently are.
I haven't seen any dynamic weather either, at least not anything noticeable like precipitation. I think a lot of content was cut from this game to rush release, including cinematics and dynamic weather. Just a hypothesis, but I think it makes sense given the amount of holes in the story.
Can someone please tell me what I am supposed to do if I fall through every elevator floor as they ascend? It has completely stopped my progress and I'm only in the beginning of the game. I've tried two different missions and both elevators cause me to fall through the floor as they go up

Are you on pc? If so, it might be a clipping issue. Not sure what to tell you if you're on console like me.

We were promised "more weather changes", not "dynamic weather".

That would just be an overkill. What would be next? Cutting night time and giving it to us as DLC?
