No "Prisoner X" Mission Waypoint

The waypoint to start Mission 11, "Prisoner X" doesn't show up on my map at all as far as I can tell, can anyone tell me where I can go to start it? Thanks!

Check underground. Or behind one of the icons on the map.

So i had the same same issue. i found out that in the Legend bar. i had turned off "Main Mission" tab off. i felt really **** but was relived that it wasnt a bad copy of the game

The mission probably starts underground, you'll need to either near the underground and press the marker that displays the underground map, or just head towards the underground so that your map automatically switches.
