Dash time lost

I lost internet in the middle of a dash. Unfortunately for me it happened to be the best time I've managed to get in that particular dash. I've tried restarting, redoing the dash, etc. Nothing has worked and I can't get the time to be recognized on my account even though I have internet back. I'm not terribly good at the Dashes. They kind of frustrate me. I've tried getting an even better time if possible but so far unsuccessful (been at it half a day). It's only like a fraction of a second, but like I said I'm not very good at these and want to keep at least some of my progress.

I tried to contact customer support and they said "post the same on our forums as our Studio and developing team directly takes these isues from there". So here I am. Help!
