A short question: after completing the main storyline can you return to the Shard? If yes, then how to get there?

Yes. Go to the map, then change tabs to the Missions screen.

Thanks! But is that the only way? Can'y you catch a train or use teleport to the local safehouse (if exist)?

That's the only way, yes. The replay starts as you exit the train.
