Mirror's Edge Catalyst keeps crashing ever since the newest update

Ever since the game updated, I've been crashing a lot. It worked perfectly fine before the update (except for the cutscene desyncs). I spent $40 and I can't even enjoy the game.

System Specs:
CPU - AMD FX 4300 Quad Core 3.8 GHz
GPU - GTX 750 2 GB
RAM - 8 GB

Any help would be greatly appreciated (unless the help is bad but I'll thank you anyway).

Have you tried to delete (move elsewhere) your profile and launch the game?

Yes I've tried deleting my profile.

Have you tried to uninstall everything and re-install everything ?
Are your NVIDIA drivers up to date ?
Is windows up to date ?

Turn GPU restrict back on if you turned it off.
