After beating the story, what happens when you start a new game?
If a relative of mine comes over sometime, I want him to experience this game from the start. I have already completed the story my self, but I do not wish to lose my upgraded skill tree or previous mission stats. If you start a new game in Mirror's Edge Catalyst, will it overwrite your previous saved game? If so, where can I find the save files to back up before attempting the new game (on PC)?

It is called:
PROF_SAVE
If you use New Game, you keep your best tinme trial scores, your tag unlocks, and your trophies. Everything else is reset.
It is possible to run with dual saves, and swap the files in and out, without ruining either. Be sure to copy, not cut, and to select "use local data," when Origin detects a conflict.
