How is the quality of the paper, and the printing (ink quality for example, or the resolution) ?

I'd say it looks and feels very good. Its a solid hardcover, and i recommend it highly, if you like artbooks. My favorite bit is probably that it includes art of the first game as well. I was afraid they would just ignore it, but its included.
