How do you customize your Runner Tag?

I know it's on the website, but where? I can't find 'Customize Runner Tag' anywhere.

Broken for most, talk to an EA rep now, will post if they say anything is wrong or what to do or just anything at all

Have you loged in on the website? and what platform are you playing the game on?

I usually go to the map first to check I'm logged in to the right account, and then I would click on my username in the top right corner, from there it's pretty self-explanatory.

The only place I know to do is thru the android app.
