Runner tag help

So I created a ea account so that I could customize my runner tag and it didn't work on the website so I went to download the companion app and when I opened the app it told me to login with ea and when I typed in my account the app said an error occurred while trying to login. Ea account does not own the game. I tried this 5 times and it still didn't work. I don't know what to do plz help

I'm having the same issue, right now I'm "speaking" to an EA rep for help. It's defiantly a problem with them, not you, do not worry! I'll post what they say to me once I know, (If they even help me) if so, I hope it will help you.

If you're having problem's with the login, use your gamertag's email and password to log in, however if you have already done that try checking your profile on mirror's edge website. There should be a thing around saying about "runner tags". If not don't worry, talk to an EA tech Guy\Girl, they will give you a code, mine still doesn't work but thats cause of my email being old as heck, that's all the help I can give, sorry if you've heard it before, hope it help's you get some sweet runner tags!!!
