cannot connect to social features

get the error code "cannot connect to social features us/300" whenever i start the game or try to connect to the net with it, any clue whats happening or how to fix it?

Try seeing what you can do about your internet connection? If you're on pc, disconnect and reconnect or try getting closer to the internet source. (If that makes sense.) There's also occasionally a reconnect option in the game menu you could try? (It usually doesn't work for me, but it couldn't hurt.)
