Can anyone help me with a trophy glitch??

I have 100% the game and achieved all trophys except Belle of the Ball. I have followed numerous videos and am confident I have achieved this many times however the trophy is not popping. I even deleted the game and reinstalled. This is on my PS4. Any ideas?

    I have the same problem on Xbox. Can't get that achievement.
