Who is the voice actress for Celeste?

Really, all the recordings I've heard, they sounded like they're good voice actors. I'm just wondering who voiced Celeste. I couldn't tell which one is her in the credits. She sounds very similar from the first game. No?

I hadn't even realised it was Celeste in the recordings until very recently and I was VERY happy she was, in some way, in the game. But I still don't know who it is. She's not listed in the imdb cast list.
