Stuck in Crystal Valley

I cannot for the life of me find out how to get to the other side of Glass. I've gone from Eden Village to Shimmering Heights, and there just doesn't seem to be a way to get back to the other side anywhere. I didn't unlock fast travel for any of the safe houses over there, can someone help me out here?

(assuming you're on pc) You actually can press tab to open the map, set a waypoint to wherever you want by pressing the right mouse button, then follow the red line after turning on runner vision in the game settings. If you're stuck in an out of bounds area, you can replay the "release" mission, then cancel the mission and you'll be teleported to The Lair.
