Plastic just sits there

I've met up with Plastic but she just sits on the floor and won't interact. I can't leave the location because the door is closed and I can't fast travel to somewhere else because it keeps telling me to hack a node. I'm now stuck. Please is there a way out of this without me having to start the game again?

Here's a suggestion: If you're on pc, backup the current save just in case if anything goes wrong. Then open the map and replay the "release" mission and abort mission once it finished loading. Then you'll find yourself teleported to the Lair.

You can also select "Reload Checkpoint" from the pause menu. That should teleport you somewhere else.
