Black screen at startup (PC)

So, I got Mirror's Edge Catalyst, and whenever I open it, it opens up in windowed mode, and it's just a black screen, nothing else. I don't have a "settings" folder in Documents > Mirror's Edge Catalyst so I can change a setting in one of the files in that folder so the game can work. I am running Windows 10.
