Easy dashes and Deliveries

Does anyone know and good dashes and deliveries for a newbie to start with most of the movement skills unlocked?

Hello Runner! It sounds like you need more practicing moving around the city. Any delivery missions will do, and try to change your route if the timer runs out too quickly. From my perspective, Dashes around Concord Plaza and Birdman's Route are the best for new players. They're quite easy to obtain 3 stars, but no so easy getting to the top 30-20 % since there are so many players already done that.
It's best to unlock all basic skills for Faith in order to run quickly. the Focus Shield +, extra health bars you can upgrade later and they'll help alot during fight sequence in the Story missions.
