So I just finished mission 4 two days ago and still mission 5 isn't appearing( mission 5 is when I need to go meet nomad)

Did you get pass through the fans yet? Have you actually go and meet with Nomad?

Been through some reading about past Patch notes released by Vincent0K (June 14th 2016).
"- Fixed an issue that prevented the Mischief Maker mission to be unlocked"
Pretty sure if you purchased the game after the patch was released, it'll update the game automatically.
Try and Repair the game or click Update in your Origin Game Library.

The patch is updated but still I can't hack the fans(I saw it that on YouTube)
