You guys ever going to fix the app?

I have been paying the subscription to EA for months now to play EA's games. But everytime i try to log into the app it says i dont own the game and if i didnt purchase the game through your website i couldnt even use the app if i bought a copy at gamestop. This is inexcusable and needs to be fixed. Or do you guys honestly just not care? I would love to customize my emblem.

Are you talking about the Companion App?
I've never had any issues with it whatsoever. Yes I purchased Catalyst through Origin.
Once you've entered the game key code into your account it will be stored in your Origin library forever linked with your ID.

I bought the game with Xbox live Gold through the Xbox and I don't have a "game key code"
