Need help finding last two electronic parts

I have almost got 100% on the world section but I've got 249/251 electronic parts. Hovering over all the different areas of the map show that I have them all but I still cannot find the last two.

Did you check Omnistat Tunnels? It's kinda easy to forget.
Also, don't forget about Charter Hill in Downtown, it's a small place on the map.

Not gonna tell you exactly where! It's a challenge though. Try to go areas that you may normally ignore. Could be behind the corner of a crate, or under a passage. Some are well hidden too! Keep looking, you will not be disappointed!
