How Radeon rx 580 run this game 1920 x 1080 ?

fat chance of getting the game to run at all. even on lower settings. you really need a much better card. if im not mistaken, your card is in a laptop, and laptop arent really good for gaming. better get your self a gaming rig.

If that RX 580 is in a Desktop and not a Laptop it will run the game just fine. You can expect solid 60+ FPS on High/Ultra settings.

ok, did a little research and found this. http://www.amd.com/en/products/graphics/radeon-rx-580
so looks like it will be able to run your game. my mistake. my laptop GPU has a similar name and i cant even play a 5 year old game on it on low settings.
