It was in the "I am Faith" trailer. I was watching all the trailers again as always and realized just now. :D

    The background looks like it was from the Kruger Network building AKA "The Dogs" according to Plastic.
    Most of the scenes from the trailer were cut in the final game. Was still waiting for someone to bring up those hidden scenes and put it up somewhere on the web. hehe
