Latest 'UPDATE' 14th June has broken game completely. - Page 3 — Mirror's Edge™ Catalyst Forums
However, i installed the Nvidia Experiance and current drivers again (also deleted all the old profiles) and now it works as before....except that i still have random crashes after 30+ minutes. But at least i can play for awhile.

If you would crash and get a "cloud conflict" window, back up your current saves and DOWNLOAD cloud once. Your local saves are easily corruptible after a crash. Mine corrupted once and i had to start a new game.
Just coming back for the conversation from yesterday, I tried the game with GPU Restriction on now but Texture and Shadow LODs still look aweful for me. It looked just fine without that feauture, but since the new update it just lags too much because of the little VRAM
Same with me : the game is set on ultra settings in 1080p 60 fps : but everytime i change something in the menu it blinks it looks like if you are setting a different resolution. BUt i also encountered annoying microstutter when panning around : its 60 fps but it seems like ist not super fluid more or less like its a small microstutter or jittert pan movement.. i play with an Xbox360 Windows gamepad
So, as an update. I was able to uninstall the game, then disable auto-patching in Origin, and re-download it.
Glad they don't do rolling updates or anything to the base installer as it's now working again with about the same level of original pre-patch wonkiness (occasional audio de-sync, black screen flashing during loading, etc).
So not optimal. But better than not being able to play at all.

Just don't report any bugs/glitches/crashes/errors/BSOD/lags and others complaints please.

And you can still play online! Launch the game in Origin offline mode, the connect to Origin after the game is loaded and you can still have all the online features.
before that patch released, i could the game without have a freeze. now it's totally unplayable, i get same problem as many of u with black screen flashing on loading, game is taking more time to loading and whenever i try to make run faith game is freezing every second, before i dididnt get any of that trouble, their improvemments have bring more trouble

Remove settings file in docs and redial all the settings ingame.
